Just wanted to express my gratitude to you both for organising my insurance through MLC life Insurance.

Even though it was a long process I am grateful for the time and effort that was put in behind the scenes. I felt heard and appreciate, everything I asked for was taken into account and I was kept notified. I did not feel as though I was just another “customer”. It felt very personalised and I felt respected by yourselves and your team.

It was quite daunting for me taking up this kind of insurance as reality does set in with the “what if’s” in life and the need to make sure I am financially stable if anything were to happen. Your personalised approach and genuine advice reassured me that I was doing the right thing by myself and family and my expenses would be taken care of god forbid anything were to happen.

I am very happy with the outcome so far and will keep in touch in future.
